FAQ

Registration for Gym owners

          1. Visit https://dash.sportpass.me/auth/register
          2. Fill out your email and password
          3. Fill out your first name, last name, optional phone number and note
          4. Fill out gym information: name, phone number, email and description
          5. Check terms of use and privacy policy
          6. Confirm captcha and register
          7. Click on confirmation link in email (check SPAM or PROMOTIONS in Gmail)
          8. Log in here: https://dash.sportpass.me/

          If you are registered, you can login here: https://dash.sportpass.me/

          Create location, room or court

          You have to create 1 or more locations in order to create activities or services. Every location has its own address so if you provide services on different addresses, you can set them.

          1. Click on “Resources” in the menu
          2. Click “Locations”
          3. Fill out name and address 
          4. Save

          Now you can start creating activities and services 

          Create another gym

          If you want to oversee more than one gym from one account do these steps:

          1. Click on your profile in the upper right corner
          2. Click “Create facility”
          3. Fill out gym information name, phone number, email and description, select currency and set reservation or cancellation policy
          4. Save

          Now you can select another gym by clicking on your profile in the upper right corner

          Invite members

          Members can be invited with users email address. You can invite a new SportPass user by filling out their info or you can find an existing users by entering their email address associated with SportPass account. 

          1. Click “Members” in the menu
          2. Click the “+” icon
          3. Enter client’s email address 
          4. If user is not found, fill out their info and save. Invite is sent to the user
          5. Or if you are inviting an existing users, just click “Add”

          Invite trainers

          Trainers have limited privileges in your reservation system. When you invite a trainer and they register, they can login into your reservation system and manage activities and members. Trainers have to accept invitation so you can add them to activities and services.  

          1. Click “Resources” and “Trainers” in the menu
          2. Click the “+” icon
          3. Enter trainer’s email address 
          4. If user is not found, fill out their info and save. Invite is sent to the user
          5. Or if you are inviting an existing users, just click add
          6. When trainers login they have to click on the invitation card

          Create services

          By creating a service you will allow your clients to reserve your services at available times. A good example of a service is private lesson or open tennis court. 

          1. Click “Resources” in the menu
          2. Click “Services”
          3. Click the “+” icon in the right bottom corner
          4. Fill out the information
          5. Add trainers if your service is with a trainer
          6. Save

          Change language

          1. Click on your profile in the upper right corner
            1. Click settings
            2. Click application language
            3. Save 

          Please note that your email notifications will be sent in this language to users

          Change password

          1. Click on your profile in the upper right corner
          2. Click “Settings”
          3. Navigate to change password
          4. Save

          Set up cancellation or reservation policy

          Reservation policy allows you to set restriction on how much time before the start of activity or service can be a reservation made. Cancellation policy does the opposite where client is notified if they are cancelling reservation when the policy is in effect. 

          1. Click “Resources” in the menu
          2. Click “Gym”
          3. Navigate to the bottom of the page
          4. Set reservation or cancellation policy in hours

          Add member or visitor to activity

          1. Go to activity detail
          2. Click “Add attendee”
          3. Choose from members’ list or fill out visitors info
          4. If you want to add attendee to multiple activities click on the three dots
          5. Click “Confirm for all in the series”
          6. Choose specific dates or weekly days
          7. If you want do add a visitor, fill out name and optional email if you want to send them notifications
          8. Click “Add visitor”
          9. Done

          Share activity

          You can share activities with anybody simply by clicking on the share icon in the activity detail. 

          1. Go to activity detail
          2. Click “Share”
          3. Paste the link to Facebook Messenger, Email, Whatsapp etc. 

          When people open the link they can reserve the activity and they become connected to your gym if they are not already. 

          Activity feed

          Activity feed serves to track every activity that occurs in your gym. We track these following events: 

          1. Reserved activities
          2. Reserved activities by new client
          3. Cancelled activities 
          4. Created multiple activities
          5. Updated activities
          6. Updated multiple activities
          7. Deleted activities
          8. Deleted multiple activities
          9. Added member
          10. Deleted member
          11. Added visitor to activity
          12. Added member to activity
          13. Deleted visitor from activity
          14. Deleted member from activity
          15. Added multiple visitors to activity
          16. Added multiple members to activity
          17. Reserved service
          18. Reserved multiple activities
          19. Reserved multiple activities by new client
          20. Cancelled service
          21. Cancelled activity or service after policy
          22. Deleted reserved service
